Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want every customer to know exactly what to expect when you shop with the Military Boot Super Store. To ensure this takes place, we make all of our shipping and return policies extremely easy to understand and comply with.

Order Processing

When your order is received, it will be gathered, boxed, and scanned into our system. Next, the order will be sent to shipping and sorted. We take pride in making sure every order is complete and accurate before it leaves our warehouse. A

Tracking Packages
When you place an order with, you will receive an email when the order has shipped containing the tracking number so you can see where your package is, and when you can expect it to arrive. We are not responsible for any delays in shipment caused by a deliver. We are not responsible for any delays in shipment caused by a deliver service.

We determine what shipping service to use by evaluating all options. Our goal is to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Most orders can be shipped in one to three days. The time of day your order is placed influences when you will get it. Orders placed by noon EST (Monday – Friday) are usually shipped the same day. Other orders are shipped the next business day or as soon as available. Shipping times vary greatly depending on your location. All boot orders are shipped with signature confirmation. It is your responsibility to be present when orders are delivered. If a package is refused, we reserve the right to add additional shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from any exchange or refund.

UPS or USPS Claims

If boots are damaged during shipment, you must report it to Military Boot Super Store within 24 hours. Failure to report damage within an appropriate time frame could invalidate any claims.

To avoid this, inspect your package right away. Contact Military Boot Super Store about any damage or missing items. A police report will also be required to accompany a missing item or missing shipment report. Military Boot Super Store cannot be held responsible for any package confirmed as delivered and verified.

Free Shipping on Orders over $50 (Within the Continental United States)

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States of America. This does not include shipments to APOs, Hawaii, or Alaska. We do ship internationally, but we do not offer free shipping for these orders. For shipments outside the United States, please call our customer service department for shipping quotes.

Defective Products and Warranty

Replacement orders for the exact same item may be filed for products that don’t meet manufacturer warranties. Most manufacturer warranties cover material and workmanship defects for 1 year after the date of purchase. Any warranty claims must be accompanied by an original receipt.

Return Policy

We created the Military Boot Super Store to help people who need tactical boots, combat boots, and military boots get the best brands at prices they can afford. For this reason, we have a return policy. To qualify for a free return boots, must be returned in brand new condition. In addition to being in brand new condition, the boots must meet the following requirements.

  • You must contact customer service for a return authorization first
  • Boot box in brand new condition and included with the return
  • Boots must be unworn and in brand new condition
  • All tags and packing material must be included with the return
  • Return must be received within 30 days after delivery

Orders that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return. No items returned without a return authorization form will be accepted. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any return shipping charges are buyer’s responsibility. If a return is required due to an error on our part, Military Boot Super Store will cover shipping charges. (You must print a shipping label to take advantage of this offer).

Military Boot Super Store Exchange Policy

At the Military Boot Super Store, we want our customers to be able to shop with confidence. We offer exchanges if several guidelines or requirements are met.

  • Exchange must take place within 30 days of placing the order
  • Boots must be in brand new, unworn condition
  • All tags must be attached to the boots
  • The boot box and shipping materials must be in brand new condition and included with the exchange
  • Do not ship the boots to us in the boot box alone, please use an alternative box to ship the boots back to us

Exchanges must be authorized by our staff. If you have any questions about our exchange policy, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. It is important to note if any of the guidelines above are not met completely, your order may not qualify for a free exchange.

Customers are responsible for charges when shipping an exchange back to us and the cost of shipping a new pair to you. The additional shipping charges will be calculated at the rate we have pay.
